CSCS Cleaning Operative (Temp to Perm)

Location: Site-based / Multiple locations
Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour
Employment Type: Full-time | Temp-to-Perm

We are currently recruiting CSCS Cleaning Operatives on a temp-to-perm basis. This role is ideal for reliable, hardworking individuals with a strong work ethic who are comfortable working across build cleans and industrial cleaning projects. Assignments will include new build properties, residential developments, and industrial environments, including works within the brewing industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Carrying out cleaning works following completion of construction projects

• Cleaning new build and refurbished properties to a high standard

• Window cleaning using both traditional window cleaning kits and water-fed pole systems

• Jet washing using different equipment, including driveway cleaning systems

• Operating carpet cleaning equipment (full training provided)

• Ensuring all cleaning equipment is properly maintained and fit for use

• Reporting faults or damage and assisting with monitoring stock levels

• Driving a company van to and from various job sites

Requirements

• Valid CSCS card (essential)

• Full UK driving licence (essential)

• Previous experience in construction, build cleans, or industrial cleaning preferred

• Comfortable working on site-based projects and across multiple locations

• Good attention to detail and ability to work as part of a team

• Reliable, punctual, and flexible

Pay & Engagement

• £12.21 per hour, aligned with our internal pay structure

• Full-time on going hours, site-based work

• Monday-Friday
